We will schedule private showings and organize property tours. You will view available properties that meet your needs, allowing you to assess the potential of each asset firsthand.

Submit an Offer / Negotiate Terms

Due Diligence & Inspection
Your offer was accepted! The inspection and due diligence period are crucial milestones. Getting the property appraised, thoroughly inspected, and vetted ensures the asset meets its promised value and your investment expectations before finalizing the purchase or exchange.

Closing Day
This step is exciting! You’ll be signing the final paperwork, and we get to transfer ownership of your new property or finalize the terms of your trade/exchange.
